Warm welcome to Greenpeace ship in the port of Arrecife (Lanzarote) after being assaulted by the Spanish navy vessels. The Greenpeace ship is protesting against the presence of the Repsol oil platforms in Lanzarote, where this company is about to start the first digs in the sea to extract oil. Bravo for the people protesting at the port of Arrecife against the savage assault at the hands of the Spanish army and against the decision of the Madrid government to retain the Greenpeace ship under the charge of piracy. Its a bad joke that this clique of corrupt pirates and scoundrels in the Spanish government - serving only the interests of multinationals like Repsol- has little shame to accuse pacifists environmentalists of piracy. Bravo for the people protesting there against such abhorrent injustice and in defence of the environment. Yes, we can!
