Warning - theres a scheme going around (again) where an individual calls you and tells you that you have a trojan horse virus and your Windows have become deactivated and that you need to go visit a website while theyre on your phone so they can re-activate it for you. DO NOT DO IT. First, Windows doesnt work that way. Second, Microsoft wont call you, and if they do, they will identify themselves as Microsoft and will MAIL you a new disk or direct you to THEIR website to fix something. Please be careful and do not fall prey to scams or schemes to steal your personal (and possibly financial) information.
