Warning: Political rant, reader discretion is advised. When you look at our involvement in the Middle East our approach reminds me of picking at a scab. We put a little bandaid on it, we let it heal a little, we pick at it a little. It never gets any better because we dont go in there and STOMP THESE TERRORISTS into the dark ages where they cant come back. Youll never resolve thousands of years of cultural differences with democracy, you will never stop this jihad unless you flatten that desert into shiny glass. Call me heartless, tell me Im evil and Ill tell you that when they unleash hell on our soil here in the US youre going to wish we had gone over there with a vengeance. In the Bible when God sent his people to conquer they were instructed to kill EVERY LIVING THING, not make friends with them, train them and rebuild their cities.
