Warning: Xtreme Auto/Offroad in Castle Rock has changed ownership! I was a customer there. NEVER again!!! Had an alternator replaced 4,000 miles ago ($375.00 from previous owner). It was defective. (I found out when I broke down in Longview this morning.) I called Xtreme to find out what I needed to do to get this fixed as it should be under warranty. New owner tells me that there is nothing he can do, sorry, I am out of luck. My mechanic friend rushes over to the place I am broke down. Replaces alternator. ($250 later). My dad goes to Xtreme in CR to try to help me. He find out previous owner has opened a new shop up the road called Cowlitz Auto. He goes there and discovers that all I had to do was get the part to Cowlitz Auto and the warranty would have replaced it. The new owner at Xtreme knew this information and would not help me. That is definitely not customer service!! NOT A GOOD WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS IN A SMALL TOWN! If I need to go to a shop again, I will go to Cowlitz Auto (on West Side Hwy next to Camelot).
