Warning for the people of Oley, PA: On Stitzer Road there is a crazy lady who will run out behind your car and yell: 25 miles per hour! after youve sped past her house. That crazy lady would be me, whenever Im outside and someone does 50 or more on our 25 street. Oley should set up a Mayberry/Andy Taylor-type speed trap on Stitzer and nab these suckers. The fines may pay for another cop so they can have a full roster.
