*Warning, this is not a happy story. I dont usually post things like this, but I felt an urging to share. Its the 20 year anniversary. I remember vividly when this happened. She literally lived one street over from me. Her brother Jimmy was in my class. The news said the suspected kidnapper had a white, mid sized car. Around this time, I was playing with my dogs at the empty ball park across the street from my house when I saw a white car pull in the parking lot. I ran home as fast as I could. The person driving the white car spun its wheels out of the park when he saw me. He ran over my little Dachshund puppy, Lady, who was running home behind me, and he never stopped. Without a doubt in my mind, this person was Angies killer. Who runs over, and kills someones dog and doesnt stop? I know I was fortunate to get away, but I will never forget how terrified I was. I cant imagine how this precious little girl suffered. She was tortured, no food or water for 9 days, and died of exposure tied to a tree in the woods like an animal. Heinous and despicable. Please love and keep your children safe. Broken people are capable of anything.
