Warranwood Playgroup Warranwood Playgroup is a facilitated playgroup run on Tuesday and Thursdays during the school term from 9.15 am. Description Warranwood Playgroup is run by Maroondah City Church Inc.. Playgroup exists to promote babies, toddlers and preschoolers learning at their particular developmental stage. At Warranwood Playgroup your children will blossom in the safe supported and stimulating environment. As parents, you will get to interact with your children and connect with other parents strengthening existing friendships and developing new ones. Warranwood Playgroup is for all preschool aged children. Fees apply when children turn one year of age. They need to be accompanied by a parent, grandparent or and authorised caregiver. We are so pleased to offer our facilitated program out of our new purpose built facilities. SESSIONS: Sessions last for 2 hours and have no more than 20 children in a group. The sessions that are currently available are Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9.15am - 11.15am Please contact the Enrolment Officer for confirmation of times and current availability. Each session is coordinated by a Playgroup Facilitator - Tuesday is facilitated by Wendy and Thursday is facilitated by Nimmi. When you arrive, activities and toys will be set up and a semi-structured program organised for the morning. The first 45 minutes will be fun play and craft, followed by pack up for morning tea. The doors leading to the playground are then opened for outdoor play. We require that you supervise your children at all times and for their benefit participate with them. At the end of the session, there is a group time that may consist of songs, dance or stories. FEES: Playgroup fees cover a toy levy, craft and other supplies. 1 Child $60 per Term 2 Children $75 per Term 3 or more Children $90 per Term Plus a Playgroup Victoria Insurance fee of $30 per year per family.
