Permaculture is a conscious, integrated design system, based on ecological principles, which supports resource conservation and manages productive living spaces for people. Permaculture offers a framework for consciously planned landscapes, mirroring the same patterns and relationships found in nature. These systems create the landscape to help meet the local needs: including provision of dwellings, water, energy, and nourishment. This, in turn, ensures variety and stability for the locals. The basic goal is an organic and socially sustainable economy with all necessary resources. Warrens courses are specially designed for those who wish to live a sustainable lifestyle; working in harmony with nature, whether be it in business, organisations, the family, or in ones own private life. The principles of permaculture can be applied to almost all areas of life and have the potential to make a huge contribution to the holistic and environmental consciousness of the world. Warren Brush is one of the top certified permaculture designers and teachers worldwide. He studied under the direct guidance of Bill Mollison, the founder of permaculture. For the past 25 years, he has been inspiring people of all ages to discover, nurture and express their inherent gifts, while living in a sustainable manner. He also works as a mentor and storyteller. He is co-founder of Quail Springs Learning Oasis & Permaculture Farm, Sustainable Vocations, Wilderness Youth Project, Regenerative Earth Farm and his permaculture design company True Nature Design. He has previously worked as a permaculture design consultant for Ammas orphanage in Kenya and her centers in Germany and France.
