Warriors players are refusing to train demanding that Zifa up their daily allowances from US$15 as well as undertake to pay them US$2000 each for safely negotiating the hurdle posed by Tanzania in an Africa Cup of Nations qualifier set for the National Sports Stadium tomorrow. Coach Ian “Dibango” Gorowa was supposed to finalise his starting XI at a training session that was slated for the match venue this morning. However, it has emerged that the boys are refusing to board the bus to training and are stuck at the city lodge they are camped. “The players are demanding a meeting with the Zifa president ….it’s not looking good,” a source within the team said.
