Was a blast. . . just saying: I had the pleasure of riding four spectacular horses this weekend at Mounted War Games IV presents Day of the Dragon. This clip features me in a melee after authorizing in crest combat the moment before. Grady, Sharon Kidders warrior, is my agile partner. I may always think of Grady as The Parading Engager. Sadie, Gradys buddy, was my comrade in many of the first days activities from the challenge course to standard war games (reeds, head targets, rings, etc.) and the torchlight tourney (whole other experience). I have a fun video of the beheading course (odd typing that). I have a special place in my heart for the Buddies (Grady & Sadies) trust in me. Kira, Jennifer Mahockers sweet ride, took me through my archery authorizations and I quickly found that ANY & ALL trust in Kira is well placed. Literally, could not have authorized without her support. Last, but far from least, in the list on my dance card is Mikki Overstreets Winchester who is a horse that indeed took names and hearts. Before I packed up, Winnie and I had a goodbye challenge course ride and he added to a catalogue of memories with new friends and cherished comrades. Congrats to Shadowed Stars on a great event and their path to becoming a barony.
