Was a very inspiring Mitchell County Board of Education meeting at the Bowman Middle School tonight. Dedication of the BMS Auditorium was made for Mr. Darrell Ledford. Mr. Ledford was an inspiring educator and citizen of Mitchell County. So glad they did this honor for him! Also Staff Recognition of the Mitchell County School System Maintenance, Custodian and Transportation Departments. Those staff work hard and are dedicated contributors to our System. Without them, our schools could not be successful! They have a hard job...... Thanks to each of those who work in these staff positions!!!! Your help to our students are immeasurable!!!! Wish all parents and citizens of our County could have been there to support our schools, staff and faculty!!!!
