Home Made Butternut Pumpkin Soup Ingredients 1 Butternut Pumpkin 1 Litre Vegetable Stock 3 teaspoons Garlic 1 teaspoon Chilli 1 teaspoon cumin ground 1 tub Sour Cream A pinch Salt and Pepper Method 1. Chop and peel pumpkin. 2. Put in a slow cooker add all other ingredients except sour cream, cook on high for 4 hours. 3. Put it in a food processor and blend. 4. Pour into bowls and serve with a tablespoon of Sour Cream and Chives if desired.
