Was in the middle of my catch-up nap since Im on the night shift when someone from Globe called up to remind me of my bill. I answered indicating that she woke me up and all she said was Okay sir! Then started with her spiel. I got pissed and asked for an apology and she just went quiet. I asked from which callcenter she was calling from and all she said was hold on for a while sir!. After a minute of silence she came back and apologized and told me that shell note it on my account as if nothing happened! Werent they taught the basics of courtesy? And now my Globe signal is acting up again. #globefail
