Was invited to a church event this evening. They showed us a movie that brought so many things to my mind that I have tried not to think about. The biggest being losing my dad who was the person who took care of me all of my life. I have not been in a church since he died 8 years ago. I was a daddys girl from birth. Yesterday was his 54th bday. Losing him was the most painful thing Ive ever had to endure. He is the one that made me who I am today. Its so hard not having him here especially to see me get graduate school, get married, and start a family. Please everyone spend as much time as you can with the ones you love and tell them how much you love them as often as possible because you never know when they wont be here anymore....
