Was it wrong of me not to warn the French family that if they didnt move their stuff from where they were sunbathing very near the sea that the waves created by the distant sea jet would swamp them? The beach is quite mixed with families, people on their own and a few gay couples. These French folk didnt appreciate that I could perfectly understand their homophobic comments about some of the folk on the beach so it was with an inward chuckle that I watched the inevitable wave swamp their silly French towels, beach bags and lunch. Ha !!
