Was just quite smugly informed by a Windstream representative that its not their job to provide us (the paying customer) with FULL time access to the service we hire them to provide. Basically, if your service is down INCESSANTLY due to their faulty equipment...well thats just unfortunate because (apparently) they dont have to provide you with full-time access to the internet. HOWEVER, you are required to pay the bill in FULL every month, despite never receiving the full service. Oh, but on the bright side she claimed that my problem MAY be fixed. When, you may ask? At a completely undisclosed time sometime AFTER 2014... wonderful.
