Was laying on my bed for a while thinking about this whole robin - TopicsExpress

Was laying on my bed for a while thinking about this whole robin williams death.....and how his mental illness (depression and bi polar) came into the spotlight big time...speaking from my heart for a moment, living with bipolar isnt the easiest thing in the world and on top of it being manic depressive as well. I can only speak from my experiences, i cant nor do i pretend to understand what he was going through. It scares me to know that he had bipolar and his treatment didnt satisfy him. There are so many people with bi polar and depression that need help, that need love and support daily. Even if u do not know anyone like this try being supportive and find out how u can help in any way shape or form. You might just save someones life. From my own experiences with bipolar and depression it does take a dramatic toll on your body mentally and emotionally if im not on my meds, Instead of judging or making fun of people like this , like i said, try to be supportive and loving and just be a friend. People living with mental illness are not bad terrible people like how movies portray and society thinks. If you notice how erratic my behavior is on here its constant up and down its so emotionally draining .. i do not intentionally do things like this it all happens in a blink of an eye. So Robin my thoughts and love for you as a human and as someone who i looked up to as a kid, will be forever linked by our disease. Next time you see someone who is depressed or needs help, please take the time to be a friend and help them. R.I.P. Robin.....gone but not forgotten..
