Was pretty darn skeptical about the ice bucket challenge and whether it really brought awareness to ALS, or if people just used it as an excuse to join the trend without having any idea what its intention was. This video showed me a new perspective and Im definitely glad I saw this before the trend starts to disappear from my newsfeed. Watching this and actually putting a face on ALS hits you pretty hard. Make sure youre doing the challenge for the right reasons and make sure you do it AND (not or) donate because nobody should feel that they are not profitable slash not worth finding a cure for.
