Was using two different camera bodies today, NEX 6 and OM-D EM-5, and as the place was very crowded, was forced to use autofocus as I am not good with quickly grabbing focus manually. Found myself missing the Nikon D cousins, the 700 and the 7000. Those who use non-Nikon bodies or Nikon consumer bodies unfortunately do not get the manual focus assistance that one gets on these bodies, wherein arrows tell you which way to focus. It is highly accurate pretty much all the time. My instincts do not work that well for manual focus, and I miss this assistance on Canon, Pentax, Sony, etc. when tracking fast-moving stuff. Thanks to Yusuf, friend, philosopher and guide in all things photo, for first discovering the assist feature on the 7000 :)
