Washington Bengals CC beat DC United in a very close, rain influenced match at Frederick. Bengals on winning toss decided to bat and scored 157 for 8 in 40, from 12 for 3! DC United was 87 for 4 after 28 overs and then were cruising. For some reason, Bengals did NOT take the drinks break. !?!! Unfortunately at 36.5 overs DC United had score 143 for 6, when the game was stopped. Bengals edged out DC United by 2 runs. Close shave indeed. DC United played very well. Imrans forecasting came true but rest were unfruitful. I wish the Oddsmaker had given me the $1000 for 4 to 1. :-) Bengals take on Sixers at Metro today.
