Watch this please? Its actually very scary. Protesters outside parliament square are being arrested for having tarpaulins (let that sink in for a minute then ask yourself why theyre really being arrested), already reports of people being left in solitary confinement with nothing to eat or drink, reports of police brutality: kicking, dragging, unnecessary force; police breaking several laws & regulations in their treatment of the protestors but it has gone unchallenged - this is a peaceful protest so what does it say about democracy in Britain if you cant even protest your own government without all of this? We all have a right to protest apparently so why are people being treated like this? What Im about to say will sound extreme and some of you might disagree, but looking at this build up of events, policy & legislation over the past couple of years: if we dont act soon then democracy is GONE and totalitarianism is in. Mark my words and dont be surprised or scared when it happens because itll be YOUR fault. Democracy is ours if we can keep it, because the powers that be dont want it anymore - and thats obvious
