Watch this #video for a super fat blasting exercise!! This is a complex combo of exercises that when done properly, DEMANDS your entire body to ✅lose weight, ✅increase power, ✅strength, ✅speed, ✅athleticism, ✅proper timing, ✅balance, ✅stability and shock your body into shape.... FAST! I actually used to do this exercise in college when training for track because its one of the closest weight training exercises you can do that physiologically mimics an all out sprint of a quarter mile (1 lap around the track)! For this combination we used a weight that was mid range between 30-50lbs because wanted a higher cardiovascular component to be able to do more reps and burn more fat. ✅3 sets- 10,8,6 reps ✴️Directions✴️ 1⃣. Power clean- Bend with hip hinge and lower bar to above knees keeping it close to body, shrug and use your arms and power to lift the bar up with elbows flexing out to the side (like an upright row), pull body under bar, stand up before knees bend 90 degrees, elbows are now in front, wrists bent. 2⃣. Push Press- Bend knees slightly or jump and press bar up overhead. 3⃣. Back squat- lower bar onto traps (not on neck or spine), and bend knees until you reach 90 degrees or a little past for a deep squat. Stand up with power. 4⃣. Push Press - bend knees and press weight over head (can jump and add in split press, especially when fatigued), lower bar back down in front of body and continue with step 1. **Its important that each lift is perfected on its own before doing it as a combo.
