If you watch frame by frame he jumps out and grabs spoiler and hangs on until tony`s car passes the back of wards car , then you`ll see his right hands slips off spoiler then left hand drops ,landing him on top of rear tire then sucks his upper part of body down in front of rear tire ejecting him out...here is link https://youtube/watch?v=1XvhrPu64Co
