Watched HAIDER- I know its bit late . anyway, Its an adaptation of Shakespeares HAMLET set in Kashmir.Its vishals 3rd film as an adaptation after Maqbool and Omkara but With Haider, Vishal does better.it has stronge and connecting script, screenplay is alive and smoldering. this film paints Kashmir in a haunting colour, some how those are true.The frames are usual whites and dark specially in emotional scenes. but even the colourful frames are outlined with the feelings of revenge,hurt and disturbed souls. Haider breaks many unspoken myths about kashmir.As for performances, Vishal Bhardwaj brings out the best of all thier actors. Tabu,kk menon, Shraddha Kapoor n other artists performances are realistic n outstanding. .but mark my words this is Shahid Kapoors best performance till date. I would like name him PANKAJ KAPOOR JR. He truly proves his brilliance as his father did.so for me Haider is a masterpiece will remember for many years.
