Watched Patriot Games (Harrison Ford) on Netflix on my tablet while lying on my tummy in bed last night. AWESOME movie!!!! Over the past few months, Ive spent a LITTLE (saved/budgeted) toy/gadget money and got myself a WiFi range extender/signal booster and plugged it into an outlet in my bedroom so theres virtually NO buffering. Also bought a freaking AWESOME, tubular, Bluetooth speaker thinggy thats nothing short of AMAZING! Has its own battery that provides between 8-10 hrs of playtime. The sound is incredible! Very crisp and clear and has GOOD bass. I want ANOTHER one of the speaker thinggys... Theres an app that allows the user to link two of them together and control them (as one) from a smartphone or tablet for true stereo. These things are COOL! The design allows them to be mounted on any camera tripod. When I get my second one, Ill probably get two of the small camera tripods so I can set them up on a table or whatever. They also have a small ring on one end that can be used to hang them... like inside a tent or wherever theres a hook to hang em from. Theyre also water resistant, although not waterproof. Manufacturer says rain will not damage them. Although I cant think of a time when Id be using them outdoors in the rain, its still a good selling/buying point. Theyre a tad larger than one of the screw-top Monster cans. Kinda heavy for their size, so they seem to be strong and sturdy. The internal batteries are replaceable too. Yaaaaayyyy!!! :-)
