Watched The Interview... pretty much an Abbott and Costello meet the Mummy for modern times. Hit and miss... many a miss, but Seth Rogen is hard not to like and James Franco flexes a different kind of comedic muscle (not entirely successfully). BUT... it has great commentary on how journalism should not succumb to the props of leadership figures (which were continuously seeing) and should above all else seek truth, and fascinatingly examines how sophomoric humor (which were continuously seeing) can be an obstreperous tool for undermining the legitimacy of dangerous posturing. On those levels, it succeeds (which were now seeing).
