Watched a movie last night The Christmas Heart...wow! Seeing the movie & thinking of our situation brought a harsh reality for me. This is real, Kilby will get that call one day, & me as a parent I have to hand my precious daughter over to the doctors not knowing the outcome. Literally...a million dollar gamble we are taking. When that day comes the only thing I will have left in my empty arms after handing my precious daughter over will be my faith. Is it strong enough to get me through? Is it deep enough to know beyond any doubt? Is it plentiful enough for me to accept anything? Well...I really dont know, what I do know is Gods promises and how hell never forsake me, but lets be honest....I am a selfish & weak human being that wants a perfect ending to our story. I have my ideas & wants and God is the only one right now that knows the beginning to the end. Trying to be positive, FIERCE, & faithful...just some days are harder than others.
