Watched the best documentaries on WII aces last night. Amazing what those boys(most were under 25) were able to accomplish. One of the flight leaders had 2 prostetic legs. When he was shot down, one of the legs got stuck in the plane. The Germans could not make another leg so they had to ask England to make on and make a drop. Once he got the second leg he tried to escape so many times they threatened to take one of the legs away I love history stuff like that
