Watched this last night. It should be required viewing for all leaders. These facts reveal Romes influence behind kick-starting the new translation craze at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. I would suggest that you start at 54 minutes if you want to get the meat but the previous 54 minutes lay a very good foundation for what follows. I have read up on the whole issue of translations in previous years a number of times and it is deeply disturbing. The fact is we have two different Greek NT documents. One is shorter than the other. The shorter one was presented in the later half of the 19th century and is now used in almost all new versions. The Bible is clear that no-one can add or take away from the Word of God without judgement. So this is vital for all and not a side issue. Has your Bible been added to, or as I believe, has it been taken away from in the new versions which are based upon a smaller Greek manuscript?
