Watching Andy Griffith Show now, I think this is, for the first time I recall seeing, the episode in which my Grandfather Godfreys Kellam-Stevens second cousin, George Spence of Kill Devil Hills, NC, a former acquaintance of Andy Griffith, had a small part as the guy Aunt Bees friend Gloria was set up with. Mr. Spence had told me the episode # he was in, but TV Land does not show such numbers, nor list the actors. Richard Hargrove, can you answer this for me, as to whether Im watching the episode your uncle is in? Mr. Spence is related to the AG-candidate Mark Obenshain (whom Ive mentioned this week during the election) the same way he is related to me--we all descend from Thomas Hatton Kellam, Jr. and Susan Taylor Kellam.
