Watching CNN and the search for the missing 777.All this guess work for trying to locate this plane so they will have the black box. Now Im not a rocket scientist ,but from what I hear is the black box is mounted to the chassis of the plane. Why cant the black box be a break away box that reacts to impact and deploy the black box with a flotation device to send it to the surface of the ocean? It would contain the last know area with the longitude and latitude and the beacon could be setting off a signal already.
