Watching my all-time favourite Halloween movie! I cant believe it was back in July 1993 when it was introduced on the big screen! Kathy Najimy plays the brunette witch - Mary Sanderson the second of the three Sanderson witch sisters. You might remember Kathy in her breakthrough role as Sister Mary Patrick in Sister Act...Well, at first, Rosie ODonnel was cast to play witch Mary Sanderson in Hocus Pocus. Reportedly, Rosie turned down the role because she didnt want to play the scary child-eating witch! I LOVE Kathy Najimy in this role. Its classic Halloween!
