Watching the rally in honor of Mike Brown on CNN. Captain Ron Johnson is talking about being better Black men. Too many of us still believe that being better will keep us alive. No mention however of the racist white supremacist environment in which we live. No mention of the fact that Black men were not murdering eachother in Ferguson when Mike was murdered. Then they called up the praise team after talking to folks about unity and respecting ourselves. And now theyre singing! Yep this is hell! #MikeBrown.
