Water Bill Due Date Please do not forget that Friday, April 18 is the last day to pay April water bills. Public Works at 527 Springridge Road will be open each day from 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. to accept payments. Two drop boxes are available for your convenience at City Hall, 300 Jefferson Street and at Public Works. Please remember that late water bills will incur a $15 late fee. Bills that are two months late will result in immediate disconnection after April 18 at 4 p.m. Disconnected accounts must pay additional late fees and a reconnect fee for service to be restored.
