Water flows in Lake Sebu irrigation project: gov.ph/2014/01/24/water-flows-in-lake-sebu-irrigation-project/ Secretary of Agriculture Proceso J. Alcala inaugurated the P34-million communal irrigation system in Barangay Talisay, Lake Sebu, South Cotabato which aims to provide constant water supply to more than 100 farmers living in the upland village of the town. The project, which was turned over to its beneficiaries on January 17, 2014, is composed of two stream check diversion structures with 120 canals stretching to 5.6 kilometers.
