Water is a Paradox commodity and a necessity-by Economist-Adam smith. Ghana is not an advance economy where disposable income of average citizen is optimum. If water is coming to be prepaid without the cognisance of ordinary Ghanaian who has no means of livelihood. With International marketing and trade background, I appreciate credit control but people culture can not be overlook. Change is good but without effective analysis,communication and education-people with resist the change. what do you think???
