Water is so important resource we can not without water to live. For us in Japan and china both have to pay tap water fee. It is cheap but make us have ware ness to save water. I think this is right way. For those Africa poor people they do not have ability to dig ground water by themselves and if coperations dig water then sell them maybe they also no ability to pay them. I think could not use same way for all the countries about water issue. Keeping charge water for those can pay them countries. Bottle water is convince and sanitation. Now everyday I drink them and feel good. But for those can not pay for clean water countries need world organizations and private companies in there to do business as one pay to dig ground water for those can not drink clean water poor people. This is humanity. Water in rich countries should be private but in those poor counties should be gift.
