Water mocassin, not by the water, this was in the driveway, Katherine found it, about 18-20 in long, mean, I normally dont kill non poisonous snakes, but poisonous close to the house with/ grand daughter running around often, we tried to take good pics so you can see color, cat eye pupils, fangs, I held it down and Kat cut its head of what my knife, it twitched and bit for awhile w his head off....100 yards away from pond, weird
