Water problem and solution in Haiyan typhoon hit areas... immediate deep well or artesian well or posu. can be done by three carpenters in a day: 2 tube (18 ft deep) and manual jet pump with gasket, manual wood weight drive for tube deep ground driving, coupling of the tube, bamboo tripod tower for weight drive and tube driving assembly, nylon rope to hang the wooden weight, pulley for easy pulling up of the wood weight. Once assembled, drive down ground the tube then once the first length finished 2 feet above the ground, attach with coupling the second length then weight drive to ground again the tube. Once the second length finished at 2 feet above the ground, attach the jetmatic or the artesian well, then make an input water to pump for one hour.... wet sands and clays come out, continue until the water becomes clear... the water 18 feet below is potable specifically those in the coco and rice field areas. for areas near settlement, 2 grains of chloride is enough to clear for any bacteria for of 50 liters water, stir, stock or distribute to the people..... Do it now.Organize the carpenters in the site.
