Content and quality of Programme 1. Value Stream Mapping 2. Identifying Waste 3. Material Flow 4. 5S Workplace Organisation 5. Standard Work and Load Cycle-time Charts 6. Layout 7. Teamworking and Chartering 8. Improvement Cycles Overall Objectives & Outcomes By the end of this training programme, participants will be able to: · Identify waste within their own area/department · Map the current value stream · Propose a Future Value Stream to eliminate wastes and facilitate a better flow of product · Implement a 5S Workplace Organisation program in a selected area · Select an appropriate Lean tool to address various wastes within their area, such as SMED, Kanban, TPM, Standard work, Load-Cycle charts and Mistake-Proofing · Follow a robust problem-solving methodology and document it in an A3 format · Successful participate in a kaizen Improvement event.
