Way to Go Portland Oregon!..... The City is Dumping 38 Million Gallons of Their Drinking water because One 19 year old climbed a fence, and pissed his 2 cups of urine into that 38 Million Gallons of water! Now, if you have a Reservoir with a 50 Million Gallon capacity, even if it Only has 38 Million Gallons in it, you Most certainly have fish of some sort in it, and Those fish Also Piss, And Poop, Frequently! See the Irony here yet? And your neighbours to the South of you would love to have some of that water on their Crops!....
