Wayzata and Orono officers have been out at a residence for the past couple hours dealing with a male refusing to exit his residence. It sounded as if it grew out of a welfare check type call. Officers have the residence surrounded and have been in constant contact with the barricaded party who appears to be getting increasingly intoxicated, but havent been able to get him to exit.
