We Koch Rajbongshi Tribe of India Demand the following to The Government of India with immediate effect: 1. We Koch Rajbongshi Tribe of Assam demand immediate granting of Scheduled Tribes status for the Koch Rajbongshis of Assam. 2. Demand of Separate Kamtapur State to be established with immediate effect as per the Merger & Agreement signed between the Koch Rajbongshi His Highness Sir Maharaja of Cooch Behar & Government of India on 28th August 1949 as promised by Government of India to the Koch Rajbongshi community. 3. Recognition of the Rajbongshi Language as per the 8th Schedule of the Constitution of India for the Right to Education in our mother tongue. 4. Gov of Assam should hand over the total education system to Elite Institutional bodies for quality education We the people of KAMATAPUR Will Support it. 5. Demand for modification of the land Policy for the safeguarding of the further existence Koch Rajbongshis of proposed Kamatapur state 6. We Demand the Indian Government to Institute the IMA Best Cadet Award in the name of Koch Rajbongshi General Chilaray of Kamatapur Kingdom. 7. We Demand for the Installation of a Bronze Statue of Bir Chilarai in front of the Parliament House, New Delhi. India 8. We Demand for the Raise of Koch-Rajbongshi Regiment in Indian Army, Navy, Air-force, BSF, Para Military Force, CRPF & Other Defense of India. 9. Kamatapur will have a recognized State anthem and State Flag which will have equal importance like that of national anthem and national flag of India, If necessary government of India should facilitate special constitution for Kamatapur region with due respect to the fundamental rights. 10. We Demand to create MA Koch Rajbongshi Cultural Study, MA Koch Rajbongshi Literature, MPHIL, PHD in Koch Rajbongshi Language. 11. We Demand immediate inclusion of MIL as a subject of Koch Rajbongshi in Primary and Higher education, Under Graduation, Post Graduation Studies in State and Central Boards and University. 12. We Demand to create Koch Rajbongshi Department in all the Government University of the Assam, West Bengal and others. 13. We Demand merit scholarship for the Koch Rajbongshi Youth for their Higher education, in State level as well as International Level. 14. We Demand Fixed Job Reservation in Central and State Government for only Koch Rajbongshi community. 15. We Demand Special Merit Scholarship for Koch Rajbongshi Youth who have higher skill in sports, music, literature, art, culture, dance, etc 16. We demand specific scholarship to send Koch Rajbongshi Youth to UK, USA, and other developed nation for Higher Education 17. We Demand Family Pension from government of India for Koch Rajbongshi Widow and family who had served GOI 18. We Demand of Recognition of Koch Rajbongshi Language as a State Language of Present Assam & Present West Bengal as one of the State Language 19. We Demand the Creation of Maharaja Nara Narayan University in Assam, West Bengal and Other Parts of India 20. We Demand the development of Koch Rajbongshi Youth and facility from the GOI for the betterment of the community Koch Rajbongshi 21. We Demand Fixed Quota in Bachelor, Masters, MPhil, PHD reservation Seats for Koch Rajbongshi in FREE and NO Fees should be charged 22. We Demand Fixed Seat In Parliament both in Lower and Upper House to Represent Our Koch Rajbongshi Community in the Indian Parliament. 23. We Demand a Representative of Koch Rajbongshi from its community to represent Koch Rajbongshi on behalf of GOI in UN and SAARC. 24. We Demand the up-liftment of Agriculture, Fishery, Animal Husbandry that Koch Rajbongshi Youth are doing, GOI should give special consultant. 25. We Demand facility of Career, Clinical, Counselling Psychologist, Psychatrist, Mental Health Professional, within the region of Kamatapur. 26. We Demand Coaching for Various Competitive Exam for the Youth & Fixed Quota in Civil Service to Represent Koch Rajbongshi Community in India. 27. We Demand Good Health Care facility for Koch Rajbongshi Community. 28. We Demand Establishment of Community Health Service for Koch Rajbongshi Community in India. 29. We Demand Free Text Book, Computer and other aid for the College going Koch Rajbongshi Youth to facilitate their education from Government of India. 30. We Demand monthly Stipend for Koch Rajbongshi students in Primary, Secondary, Higher Secondary, Graduation, Masters, Mphil, PHD for their nutritious food & Healthy Life. 31. We Demand Unemployment Stipend for every Koch Rajbongshi Youth in India. 32. We Demand Education Loan Reservation and Concession, Business Loan, Housing Loan, Rebate, Agricultural Loan, in subsidy and without mortgage. 33. We Demand Fixed Reservation for Koch Rajbongshi Youth in Premier Institution like IIM, IIT, IIMS, IISC,NIMHANS and in all the national institute of importance for the welfare of the community. 34. We Demand Right To Food for Koch Rajbongshi Community in India 35. We Demand Recognition of Animist as Religion which is followed by Koch Rajbongshi Tribe 36. We Demand the Privilege to Write Our Religion as Animist in Birth Certificate, Death Certificate and other Government Proceedings and others 37. We Demand to exercise our religion Animist in India and also Demand the Holiday for Koch Rajbongshi People who are working in GOI or Pvt organization on their special occasion of Prayer and worship (Animist) 38. We Demand Construction of RCC House, Sanitary, Well for Poor Koch Rajbongshi families specially Widow 39. We Demand Good Water Facility, Hot Water Facility, Subsidized LPG, Kerosene Oil, Eatable Oil, Grains for Koch Rajbongshi Poor Family & Widow 40. We Demand Free telephone connectivity, internet facility, television, among every 20 families in a village among Koch Rajbongshi Community 41. We Demand for the Special Training for Entrepreneurship in Institute Like IIM, IIT for Koch Rajbongshi Youth 42. We Demand Special reservation in IIM for Long term training in Entrepreneurship for Koch Rajbongshi Youth for the development of India 43. We Demand Free electricity facility in every house of Koch Rajbongshi who are financially weak 44. We Demand Gov Khas Land to allocate to Koch Rajbongshi People for cultivation, Agriculture, Housing, Farming, Animal Husbandry, and Fishery. 45. We Demand Special Training for Koch Rajbongshi women in Fashion Technology, in Premier Institute like NID and other institute of national imminence. 46. We Demand for creation of Luxury Accommodation Facility in All the Capital of India for Koch Rajbongshi Student for Free. 47. Our demand To give Koch Rajbonshi the privilege under the [Articles 244(2) and 275(1)] of the constitutional of India and Include Koch Rajbonshi under [Articles 244(2) and 275(1)] 3(B) for Additional powers to make LAW by Koch Rajbongshi community and council Like that of under [Articles 244(2) and 275(1)] 3(B) under a separate category for Koch Rajbongshi community only. 48. We Demand Rajbongshi Language news in Television Under Government Channels. 50. We demand Rajbongshi Language news in Radio channels. 51. We Demand developmental related program in Rajbongshi Language. 52. We Demand Conversion of NIOS, IGNOU study materials and Programs in Rajbongshi Language. 53. We Demand special Program to be conducted by the GOI in Rajbongshi Language. 54. We Demand a special government aid to make documentary movie in Rajbongshi Language. 55. We Demand government support in publishing Rajbongshi language literature. 56. We Demand Special aid to media organization for telecasting and publishing Rajbongshi Programs and News Paper. 57. We Demand special government concession and aid to publish and telecast anything related to Koch Rajbongshi’s culture, literature or any other. 58. We Demand for the Establishment of Educational Institute in all the villages of the Proposed Kamatapur State where by at least one subject must be in Rajbongshi Language, Hindi and English. 59. Establishment of Vocational training institute for the Koch Rajbongshi youth. 60. Special privilege for the Koch Rajbongshi youth in the existing vocational institute of India for Job skills and vocational training. 61. Establishment of Community Health Service in every village, where by special provision should be made for Yoga, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Unani, Sidhi, Allopathic treatment and other English medicine and treatment. 62. Establishment of at least 20 Bed hospitals in all the villages of the Proposed Kamatapur State. 63. Establishment of De addiction center for every 10 villages of the Proposed Kamatapur State. Where by at least provision of 30 people accommodation in every center both for men and women. 64. Special Mental Health Hospital within the territory of Koch Rajbongshi inhibated villages, with a special previlige to accommodate people who have mental health disorder with special provision as required for their well being and treatment with necessary facility of all the treatment module like Yoga, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Unani, Sidhi, Allopathic treatment and other English medicine and treatment along with Clinical Psychology intervention, Counseling psychology and other Psycho therapy provision. 65. Establishment of NIMHANS branch in different villages as a mental health center for well being of the people who require it. 66. Special provision for Mentally Retarded people with all the necessary treatment model as required by the special population. 67. Special establishment of educational institute and facility for the blind and people with special needs in the proposed area of the Kamatapur State. 68. Establishment of SEZ, at least 20 special economic zone in the Proposed Kamatapur State. 69. Establishment of IIM, IIT, NIMHANS, AIIMS, CIT, RGIYD, IISC, and other national institute of importances in the proposed area of Kamatapur State. 70. Special provision of different university, deemed university, state university of other state, central university to establish their branches in Kamatapur Area which have at least NAAC A grade UGC approved AICTE recognized as nodal branch or center to provide regular education like any other full fleshed university and allow virtual education from the main center. 71.Special provision to establish branches of foreign university as a center to provide education in the territory of Kamatapur region and accommodate virtual education from their main center. 72. To establish examination center for all the competitive exam in all the proposed district of Kamatapur area and also for establishment of common examination center for distance education that are being provided by different university in India. 73. Government should establish a special examination center to cater the needs for different exam conducted by the foreign university, foreign institute and foreign chartered body like GRE, GMAT, IELTS, TOEFL, FRCP, APA, and others. 74. Government should establish a special center Like British Council to teach English language and special center to teach Hindi in all the respective district of the proposed kamatapur region. 75. Government should establish a national library in Kamatapur region. 76. Government should make a special provision to allow the establishment of British Council of India for English education, Alliance Française for French education, Max Mueller Bhavan for German education and other institute also as preferred by the government. 77. Establishment of Medical, Engineering, and higher educational institute in the proposed Kamatapur region. 78. Special importance, training for animal husbandry, fishery, agriculture and hand loom industry. 79. Special provision from the government of India through CII, FICCO, NASCOM for trade promotion and to attract Kamatapur to different MNC. 80. To create a special provison the boost the tourism industry within the Kamatapur region. 81. To establish different nation park, sanctuary in Kamatapur Region. 82. To establish water reserve in kamatapur region. 83. To establish 5 star Hotel, Tourist center in kamatapur region. 84. To provide special security for women in kamatapur region. 85. Exempt Kamatapur Region from central tax and excise tax, service tax, sales tax to attract tourism and to boost the tourist industry. 86. To provide free education up to PHD level to all Koch Rajbongshi youth in the institute Located in kamatapur region. 87. A special provision not to dissolve the proposed council of Koch Rajbongshi in future without the approval of 2/3 majority of the member of parliament only during the session of both the houses and after that with the affirmation of president of India, the council of Koch Rajbongshi may be dissolved with a provision of re-establishment again with necessary correction. 88. A special provision to the council of the Koch Rajbongshi to make law as required and with the due approval of the president of India, such law may be implemented for the welfare for the territory and its inhabitants. 89. Special provision of subsidized Visa and immediate permission to enter into the territory of Kamatapur with immediate effect for the foreign tourist who intend to come to Kamatapur for research work specific to Koch Rajbongshi community only. 90. Special provision for Koch Rajbongshi youth for visa for education, Job, Student Exchange program and subsidized education in European nation. 91. Government of India should initiate a special memorandum of understanding with the help of different embassy for the welfare of Koch Rajbongshi Youth. 92. Kamatapur will have a special representation from its community for Holy See and UK & other country. 93. Special concession in Air ticket for Koch Rajbongshi Youth who are under taking journey for research and education, national seminar, international seminar and other educational project work within the territory of India and outside the territory of India. 94. Government should make a special provision for NGO who are working for the development of the youth. 95. Government should make a special provision to allow foreign aid within the territory of kamatapur region for the development of the Koch Rajbongshi youth and for the development of the Kamatapur area. 96. Government should encourage 100 percent Foreign Institutional Investment and FDI Specially in Kamatapur area. 97.
