We NEED HELP! We are looking to hire two people; one full time plus and one part time. If you are interested in working your butt off in all kinds of weather, outdoors, in the garden.......weeding, cultivating, picking, weeding, packing, planting, weeding, composting, rototilling, weeding, collecting and grading eggs. Ideally we are looking for a full time, able bodied-no restrictions, kind of worker, experience or no, salary or by job, NOT hourly.....self motivated and able to work under time restrictions in all weather conditions, able to multi task and follow instructions precisely with an INTEREST and DESIRE to work and learn permaculture/market gardening, etc. AND One part time worker for pick days, picking and packing produce. Must be detailed and self motivated.....able to work under time restrictions at all temps; hot and cold.......Tuesday and Friday.
