We all have an artist inside ourselves. We already know what beauty is and what truth is without even realizing why. We just need to look and listen carefully. Waking up our true nature is hard since we forget about it while growing up and setting up so many barriers. We build fear, self-pity, ego, rationalization. As we free ourselves from these internal and external pressures and allow our bodies to function in a natural way, we truly begin to learn. when we do proper art, we feel good about ourselves because it elevates our spirit. Studying Systema becomes part of your being, enlightens and enriches your life, it includes deep communication and profound insight, not shallow fighting.
