We all have people to who we should be thankful. One of those persons is my teacher Albanian and literature at my secondary school, between 11-15 years old. In Albania we had to write for school quite often essays/compositions. According this teacher I was quite good in this. In fact I had a deal with some students in my class, I would write for them the essays and they would do the drawings for me. As I was and remain the worse painter in history, a fact which I still have difficulties to accept. Meanwhile my literature teacher was convinced that I was reading lots of books during my free time. Each time after holidays she would come to me and ask Did you read plenty of literature? To not disappoint her I would always answer Yes, for the moment I am into Russian, French or English classics. In reality during all those years I didnt read any book at all, but just spent holidays playing and chilling. However when I finish school at 15 and had to go to gymnasium she told me that she was convinced I would become I writer a day. I declared her crazy and I always wondered why was she so convinced all the time. However, 18 years later after writing a few books and more are coming, I have no other option than to admit that she was right. In fact one of the things that gave me confidence in writing were her words. A person, a teacher in this case can have a huge importance in your life, in particular when we realise it. This is why I asked my family some time ago to look for her and thank her. I thought she would have forgotten me, but 18 years later she perfectly remembered me. When my family told her what I was doing in life, she told them I told him long time ago he will become a writer.
