“We all judged it a success because it placed education back into public discourse, and got the whole country talking about the future of higher education...We chose to protest on Q&A because not only is it open as a public forum for civic and political discussion but it had the high possibility of attracting more attention to the budget cuts and fee increases to education, more so than a standard protest on the streets outside parliament house.
