We all know sleep is important for your health and well being... but did you know that sleep releases growth hormones – this boosts muscle mass and repair cells. Lack of sleep can be detrimental to your fitness and weight loss goals as it slows your metabolism, can make you more vulnerable to infections by depleting the body’s ability to produce antibodies.
