We all know that you can hear the ocean if you put your ear up to a sea shell(or just go outside if you live on the coast). But what about the outside of a shell? Well it sounds a little creepy... Researchers discovered that mollusk shells have similar grooves to that of a vinyl record and used hyper-precise digital microscopes to scan said grooves. Computers then transpose the grooves through synthesizers to play them! Check out what is sounds like in the video! ~Zach
