We already have some of the projects undergoing which are innovative and of great societal importance. As a company, we always strive for excellence and our projects are bound to influence people‟s lives. Some of the undergoing projects are: 1. WATER TREATMENT SOLUTION – A liquid solution has been made through ancient Tamil sciences, derived from plant kingdom. The solution has amazing capabilities to treat contaminated fresh water bodies such that the water is purified along with the deposition of the contaminants to the base. It can be effectively used in treating water in rural areas. It also can turn hard water into soft water and have antibacterial properties and can act as a natural pesticide. A unique capability of the solution is to treat water which is radio-active polluted. Forbes Listed and winner of the “US Aid Millennium Alliance Award” Project Stage – Preliminary testing has been done and the results have been good. Scientific validation to start in IIT Madras. Industry Tie-up – 1) WaterLife India Pvt. Ltd. (we are collaboratively working with WaterLife on this project- waterlifeindia) 2) Revolution Research Foundation. Research Partner – Department of Biotechnology, IIT Madras (proposal under discussion) 2. THERMOSCAN - Thermoscan is a non-invasive diagnostic technique that allows the physician to diagnose through imaging the radiated heat emitted from human body. Thermoscan is a device that converts infrared radiation emitted from the skin surface into electrical impulses that are visualised in colour on a monitor. This visual image graphically maps the body temperature and is referred to as a thermogram. The spectrum of colors indicates an increase or decrease in the amount of infrared radiation being emitted from the body surface. Only manufacturer of thermal camera with high precision which makes it suitable for medical applications. Project Stage – Ongoing talks with the Biomedical Department, IIT Madras regarding clinical validation and Applied Research Industrial Tie-up – CGN Research Labs Pvt. ( cgnresearchlabs/ ) 3. DIA-BESE TECHNOLOGY – Dia-bese is a health management system. A novel algorithm based program has been developed for Diabetes Complications Management which supports both Patients and the Care-providers. It incorporates information from Patient, Physician, Nutritionist, and other Providers. Then it evaluates patient-specific, risk-based probabilities of disease progression and complications. Finally matches individual Patient characteristics to interventions, both medical and lifestyle-based parameters to deliver the Report. ( diabese.net/#) 4.BIOFERTILIZER EXTRACTION FROM SEAWEED- Developing equipments for extracrtion of biofertilizers from seaweed at the harvesting site to be used by fishermen.
